Beautiful Lots of Lovely Card

Hi everyone!!

This is my new blog and my first blog post!!!  It’s been a long-time coming, but I’m learning to utilize all of this new technology!  I hope my card will inspire you ~ you may change any of the colors of cardstock, DSP that you have available, or whichever stamp set you would like!  If you would like to purchase any of the supplies used here, please click on my Online Store above, available 24-hours a day!  I’ve included the product #’s for each product used below.  All products are available in the Stampin’ Up! Lots of Lovely Birthday Card

Product Ingredients:

Stamp Set

Beautiful Bouquet (#143666)

Cardstock

Calypso Coral (#122925) – main card base 4 ¼ x 11”, scored at 5 ½”

--(2) pieces 4” x 3-1/8” for inside of card

-- 5” x 3 ½” to cut out Label Framelit (largest, #7)

-- 2 ½” x 2” for front “hinge” – score at 1 ¼”

Whisper White (#100730) – 4 ½” x  2 ½” to cut out Label Framelit (2^nd largest, #6)

--(2) pieces 3-7/8” x 3” to attach to Calypso Coral pieces (inside of card)

DSP (Designer Series Paper)

Whole Lot of Lovely (#144110) – Cut 5-7/8” x 4-1/8” piece for front of card.

Ink Colors

Soft Sky (#131181) for background flowers;  Calypso Coral (#126983), Flirty Flamingo (#141397), Peekaboo Peach (#141398) & Dapper Denim (#141394) for flowers; Pear Pizzazz (#131180) for leaves; Memento Black (#132708) for Sentiments

Lots of Labels Framelits (#138281)

--#6 & #7 (the two largest Framelits)

Glitter Enamel Dots (#144200)

Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755)

Fast Fuse (#129026)

Instructions:

1)   Cut the card base (4-1/4" x 11") and score at 5 ½”

      Cut the (2) Calypso Coral pieces (4” x 3-1/8”) for inside of card,

      Cut the (2) pieces of Whisper White (3-7/8” x 3”) for inside of card

2)  Attach DSP (5-7/8” x 3-1/8”) to the front of the card base

      --Use the largest #7 Lots of Labels framelit to cut out the center of the front of the card     

      --Use the smaller #6 Lots of Labels framelit to cut out a separate piece of whisper white

3)  Stamp the background flowers, leaves & flowers on the two inside Whisper White     
      pieces and the smaller Lots of Labels cutout piece

      Stamp the sentiments on the front (Lots of Labels piece) and inside right Whisper White  
      piece

4)  Attach the white inside pieces to the inside Calypso Coral pieces and glue to both insides
      of the card (ensuring you glue on either sides of the score lines on both sides—not  
      covering the score line).

5)  Attach the white Lots of Labels piece to the Calypso Coral Lots of Labels piece

      --Glue the 2 ½” x 2” piece of Calypso Coral Cardstock as the “hinge” to the outside of the      
         inside (left) piece and then carefully close the card. Add glue to the left side of the 
        “hinge”(I used Multipurpose liquid glue).

      --If you then insert the Lots of Labels piece inside the cutout front opening and close
        down on the card, it will perfectly line up. 

6)  Add glitter dots on the inside of the flowers.

Your card is finished – beautiful!!  <3
